Step One: We meet with our clients to discuss their business objectives, growth strategy, competitive landscape and both immediate and anticipated recruiting requirements.
Step Two: We request, and can assist in creating, a formal job description and budgeted salary range for each role we plan to pursue.
Step Three: Based upon that job description our recruiters will search exhaustively to generate a short list of suitably qualifed potential candidates.
Step Four: We submit the job description with a company background to such select, qualifed candidates.
Step Five: These candidates are phone-screened to further assess their overall suitability for the role they are being considered for.
Step Six: Candidates that pass the phone-screening process are required to meet or Skype with an O’Dwyer Group executive. They are then briefed on the opportunity, the company background and the interview process.
Step Seven: Candidates still considered suitable are then recommended to the client for consideration. This ensures that the client meets only candidates who are well-quali ed for the role, making the selection process more ef cient for all parties.
Step Eight: We aim to pass on feedback from a client to each candidate within 24 hours of an interview. At this point next steps are discussed and agreed to.
Step Nine: Prior to a formal offer being extended, a reference check is conducted by the client or a recruiter from The O’Dwyer Group.
